Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of Warren Central High School.

I am excited to welcome students and staff back into the building. I also want to send a huge shout out to our Warren Gold Brigade who brought home another State championship! Way to go Gold Brigade! What an exciting way to end the break!

School resumes at its regular time tomorrow, Monday, October 21st. This week students in grades 9-11th will take the required PSAT test on Thursday, October 24th. Students will need to make sure to bring their devices and charging chords. 12th graders will not be in school but will need to check their canvas courses for assignments. Attendance for 12th graders will be taken based on completed work. Additionally, Thursday will be an early release day for students. Students will be dismissed at 1:00 pm. Car riders will need to plan accordingly. Information will be shared regarding athletes and practice schedules for Thursday by coaches.

There will be no tutoring this week but tutoring will resume the week of October 28th. More information on upcoming tutoring dates and times can be found in the school's weekly newsletter. Again, I am excited to welcome everyone back into the building. Please help your student finish the semester strong by ensuring they are at school everyday on-time and ready to learn. Also, please note that as we strive for 97% attendance rates as a district and school we will begin to implement additional attendance and tardy protocols to encourage students to be mindful of their attendance. I truly appreciate your help in making attendance a priority.

Have a great evening!
